When placing an order, include the item number, color and size, if applicable, and the quantity. In addition to the item price, include Pennsylvania 6% sales tax and shipping charges for UPS Ground according to the following chart:

$ 25.00 - $ 49.99 = $ 8.00
$ 50.00 - $ 74.99 = $ 8.50
$ 75.00 - $ 99.99 = $ 9.00
$100.00 and Up = No Shipping Charge
